An author's bottle for the Venissa wine

Venissa is a Venissa is an autochthonous vine native to the lagoon of Venice and recovered, together with local authorities such as the Municipality of Venice, the Veneto Lagoon Park and Agriculture, by Gianluca Bisol, belonging to the ancient family of Prosecco. A great white collection wine produced in only 4880 bottles, and designed by Giovanni Moretti, where the label is replaced by a precious gold leaf beaten by the current descendant of the family Battiloro Berta. Its application is done by hand and then the bottle is coke once again in the furnaces Carlo Moretti's glass factory in Murano. In this way, Venissa pays tribute to three traditions of Venice: wine, gold and glass(photo © Paolo Spigariol)
